The impulse to help someone who is vulnerable is called compassion, not "political correctness". About time we used its correct name.

I want to put together an encyclopedia exclusively of people who have made an extraordinary impact on the world by overcoming overwhelming odds: whether having a mental or physical disability, low socioeconomic origin, ethnic, racial, or immigration status, etc. And I would like to make this encyclopedia required reading for all teachers, parents, and clinicians. We might look at our youth a bit differently.
