Basically, @lenovo, you want me to spend my own money twice and wait 2 weeks for a refund. That's your "solution" to a problem you caused?
"We can refund you for the laptop that you will ship back to us, in the meantime you will have to go online and re-purchase the Yoga 13."
And S400s are much less capable, and retail for under $600 brand new. So I of course called customer support, and here's what they told me:
