On May 27th, it suddenly dawned upon me that amidst my busy schedule, I had neglected my health. There's only 24 hours in a day, and frankly, I didn't make exercise (and health) a priority. The result? I had ballooned to 71kg with 20% bodyfat, and a body age measurement of 34 years old. The first photo was a rude awakening and I knew I had to do something about it. I started trying to exercise more despite my busy schedule (going to a 24hr gym helps, thanks #AnytimeFitness), and also went back to my steamed fish diet and making disciplined and conscious food choices when eating out.
Fast forward to almost 2 months later, I'm now 68kg with 16% bodyfat, and a body age measurement of 30 years old. It's still not quite where I wanna be, but I'm working towards it.
