Following today's Tirreno Adriatico stage, Sep Vanmarcke decided to hop on the Tacx rollers to spin out the legs and practice his party tricks. In case you didn't follow today's races, here's what went down: In Italy: Bunch sprint. As projected. Peter Sagan (Bora Hansgrohe) came away with the win. We finished outside the top ten but managed to avoid a pile-up 500 metres from the line, so we're pretty happy about that. Hope everyone involved in the crash is ok. In France: The first day in the mountains did major damage to the Paris-Nice peloton. Simon Yates (ORICA-SCOTT) soloed to victory and into the race lead. Mike Woods was our top finisher in 56th place at 9:23. Unfortunately we lost two riders today as Lawson Craddock and Davide Formolo withdrew mid-stage. We had high hopes with Formolo for the upcoming climbing days, but he hasn't recovered sufficiently from yesterday's crash. Stay tuned for more from both races coming soon. And feel free to share your roller tricks of your own in the comments!
