Weight loss is a slow process, but giving up doesn't make it quicker. Mundane consistency is the secret. The art is making it less mundane.
I'd love to know the origin of the myth that we lose significant amounts of muscle if we don't eat every couple of hours. I would also like to know why we treat it like this muscle loss is permanent while at the same time suggesting that all fat loss is temporary. So frustrating.
