Customer Success Manager

Klear seeks a Customer Success manager which will be the trusted advisor of our portfolio of Klear customers. Influencer marketing has become one of the most effective methods for enterprise brands in 2018. This market evolution has created massive growth of the Klear customers and opens huge opportunities for customer success through retention and expansion. In this role, you will:

Your Job
  • Be responsible for delivering onboarding, training, support, and ongoing advisory
  • Increase customer satisfaction rates, such as NPS and adoption rates
  • Build authentic and strong relationships with multiple contacts within customer teams
  • Build relationships with multiple contacts within our protfolio customers
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand Klear usage within accounts
  • Retain customers through renewals
  • Provide feedback to our Product team based on customers requests
  • Prepare for and conduct annual business reviews with elite customers
  • Assist customers with measuring business impact on a quarterly basis

  • Exceptional listening skills

  • Be comfortable with communicating over the phone (online conference meetings)
  • Terrific consultative selling skills and exceptional closing skills

Sales Director

Klear seeks exceptional sales professionals with a GSD attitude to join a fast growing company and our highly successful Sales Team. Klear Account Executives are responsible for selling the Klear value proposition to inbound leads, primarily over the phone. Target clients will consist of Mid-Size to Enterprise companies worldwide. Leads are marketers of all levels that have come to Klear looking for help with their digital marketing and strategy, competitive intelligence, and influencer marketing.

  • Experience in closing $10K-$100K deal sizes
