When I post about it being alright to have a little sugar, I lose followers. I say it is ok to have a little junk food in the context of a healthy diet, I lose followers. I say I don't think gluten is poison, I lose followers. This is ok...I won't stop saying what I believe. I believe some people can benefit from loosening up a little. Most people do not need to worry so much about every single aspect of what is in their food (I don't think the anxiety created in doing so is good for you). Avoid the foods that are medically necessary for you to avoid as well as the ones that truly make you feel like crap. But don't concern yourself with your food intake needing to be "perfect" all the time (striving for perfection can create all sorts of problems). Focus on making good food choices most of the time, on cooking your own food as much as possible, and put more effort into things like getting lots of sleep, more exercise, and managing stress. And don't forget to have fun! I believe good health is about balance, not extremes. If people want to unfollow me for that, so be it.
