Started: 2014. Brian said hello to Lose It! and Fitbit and said BYE to 160lbs in under 2 years.
His words of wisdom:
1. Portion control is everything for me!
2. Protein protein protein! As well as gym 5-6 days a week!
3. Commit to new habits. I got moved away from family and friends for work, and realized I gained weight from being bored. I committed EVERY TIME I got bored: Go to the gym. It has changed everything.
3. Keep going! Be consistent, one day isn't gonna set ya back, it's a marathon not a sprint! And lastly it's a lifestyle change not a DIET!
