9 Food Writing Trends that Require Your Attention. New post @ bit.ly/1womfwm
"Let Your Writing Speak for Itself, and Be Proud of It," @mollyorangette counsels food bloggers @ @FoodBlogSouth bit.ly/1cSkkuQ
I'm trying something new. I'm hosting a Facebook Q&A to answer any burning questions about food writing -- best practices for bloggers, writing recipes, making money, social media -- whatever! Throw it at me and I'll do my best to give you a good response.
I've done these kinds of things before on Twitter chats but this is a better forum because not everyone who follows me has to read whatever I'm typing. You know how annoying that can get, right?
I'm excited to try it! Hope you'll get a question ready for me on Monday.Worst case it will be just the two of us and we can chat for a half hour about whatever you'd like.
Two free webinars on food writing voices and work, with @davidleite @ElissaAltman @mbhide and more (incl. me) from spfw.org/webinars
Today at 4 p.m. PST, 7 p.m EST I'll be here on my Facebook page answering any questions you have about food writing -- writing recipes, a book proposal, contacting magazine editors, establishing your voice -- whatever you want, I'm game. I hope you'll come and let's talk!
