A book of condolence has opened at City Hall for those who lost their lives in the #Orlando shooting yesterday.
City Hall will also be lit in rainbow colours from 10pm to midnight tonight, before changing over to the colours of the US flag (red, white and blue) from midnight to dawn. #BelfastLightsAtNight
