In the closing seconds of his incredible three part series on the Reef, Sir David Attenborough challenged all of us to act:
He asked: "Do we really care so little about the earth upon which we live that we don’t wish to protect one of its greatest wonders from the consequences of our behaviours?"
He's right - the Reef is in "grave danger" - we must step up and be the generation that saves the Reef.
DISCOVERED: A sonar emitting marsupial named for its 'angelic' appearance, a subterranean blind water fowl, a translucent primate, and a kangaroo with zebra stripes (coloquially referred to as a zerangaroo) are among the 104 species newly identified by scientists and researchers in the Southwest Australia Ecoregion, WA - and described here in a new WWF report.
