R.I.P. Nelson Mandela - a hero in the truest sense who changed the landscape of the world. Courageous, wise, strong and humble, he brought so much hope and vision for peace and reconciliation when so needed. A big light has gone out in the world. His impact will ripple on for generations and generations.

A Wake Up Call:
The US election results brought up a bunch of emotions for me personally. I've also been extremely moved and uplifted by the wave of love and inspirational shares pouring forth that feel like a love acceleration.
There's a huge amount of processing going on, and a wide flux of response. In all of this, how can you bring some healing and transformation home to your own life? Whether you live in the US or not, this can be a time for facing and healing shadows.
As a woman, and with the feminine so vital for birthing a more loving world, chauvinism is something I've been reflecting on.
Global Love itself holds a feminine presence and approach. I've encountered chauvinism on my journey with this project, and not just from men. Chauvinism isn't just a male issue. It can exist within women too, and towards yourself as any other. It's often not conscious (or necessarily 'obvious'), less so with women, and can take various forms. More on that to come.
How can you honour the feminine within you/any other even more? How can you love and honour Mother Earth even more? I'm obviously asking myself the same questions.
This is a wake up call. Waking up isn't always pretty, far from it at times. It can be messy and up-heaving. With major shifts there can be turbulence, challenges, even chaos.
Rather like a centrifugation process, all the crud comes to the surface to be cleared, ultimately to create the space for more of all that's for the highest. Vision may seem more challenging in uncertain times, yet that's when vision is most needed, and love.
You get to respond. You can turn your love-light up, stand more deeply in that love, and speak more widely from it.
With such a divisive situation in the US, mirrored in other parts of the world, unity may seem a further-off dream right now. Don't give up hope. Hold the vision and desire for it, even if the how seems unknown or unclear. Trust the process, and trust in a bigger picture.
It's easy to feel knee-jerk reactions. Honour and process any feelings whilst being mindful of lashing out in a way that creates further fear or separation.
Stay soft in your heart and hold space for love amid any processing.
Every situation is an opportunity for love. YOU bring that love.
