We are currently experiencing network issues affecting a number of customer sites. Our sincere apologies for the disruption. Please know we are working to resolve the matter immediately. Please check back here for further updates. UPDATE : We are seeing problems with network flapping which could be caused by denial of service or other network issues in our switching fabric. We are methodically isolating the issue while making sure we don't deteriorate the network further. It's a large network and we are working on it in sections. Our best team is working through this at our data center and it is our goal to have this resolved very soon. In other words, we know this is frustrating and we are on it! Again, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. UPDATE: We have worked to isolate all traffic to one leg of our network to more easily identify traffic as it moves up and down our network. We are making significant progress and have created external resolvers to let customers get to our services more quickly. We have a testing protocol that we are mirroring in problem areas. As we identify problems with our testing protocol, we will continue to restore services. Stay tuned for more updates. UPDATE: Even though our network is not fully restored, we have isolated and resolved multiple network issues. While several customers are starting to see services restored, there are still numerous reports of customer sites that are down and we are following a couple of debugging paths to resolve these issues. Our careful and methodical testing and restore process continues...thanks for your patience. UPDATE 10:50 PM CST: Progressing our testing from switching fabric into our routing fabric and methodically testing all parts of the network to identify problems and fix. We are addressing one issue at a time to ensure network integrity. Our team is working around the clock to restore service. UPDATE 12:00 AM CST: Identified a network loop within a portion of our network. Restored several services. While most of our shared customers are generally working - we are still testing. We still have many dedicated and VPS customers impacted by the network loop. Our team is carefully restoring those services while making sure we do not reintroduce the loop into the network. Our teams are working diligently to restore service to 100%. UPDATE 2:00 AM CST: We have identified a packet filtering problem in our core routing layer. We have worked closely with our vendor to develop a global fix and are in the process of applying it. While there will be clean up, we anticipate making quick progress to recover everyone and expect services to be restored soon. UPDATE 10:07 AM CST: We have mitigated the impacted servers. If you're still encountering any issue, please PM your domain.
