Those who refuse to give you grace have never experienced it themselves. Have compassion for those who judge you. They are hurting.
Loving yourself is not self-centered, or unChristian. It is agreeing to see the value Jesus already assigned to you, & begs you to see.
sitting down to share a little about the unexplained hiatus + the changes that have taken place in the past year. i am overwhelmed + unequipped. sincerity + honesty demands a lot of "this is what i certainly know, this is what i certainly don't know," and even more "i don't know yet." i've loved + missed this community, but 'do no harm and love well' trumps all and i have been committed to only facilitating here when my soul is settled in the trust that i am able to be present in that way. more words soon (tonight?) when they are found. grateful for you. love, lauren (laurennicolelove.com / http://twitter.com/laurendubinsky)
Your future is so much better than you know. And its arrival depends on your ability to hope for it.
Jesus always speaks with gentleness, acceptance, love, & encouragement. If the voice in your head is negative & condemning, it isn't Him.
