Meet Karina G. This is her #FitRadioLife story:
I was never a runner. Running was something very foreign to me and I was never comfortable with it. I didn't start running till my Crohn's Disease came out of remission and I got really sick. I knew that I should take advantage of being able to be active while I could, so I decided to sign up for a mile fun runs. After that, I was hooked.
My Crohn's Disease has caused some physical ailments, but the pumping bass lines from the 'Trap' station on Fit Radio has helped me push through the pain. Fit Radio has been there for me every time on every run-- It’s my running partner and my trainer. I completed my first half marathon training listening to “Day Of The Girl” by DJ Mami chula. I ran my first actual half marathon listening to “Don't Stop” by Don Apollo.
I run to fight Crohn's Disease and Fit Radio is helping me win my battle.
