2 months of blood, sweat, & pain, eating bland lean mean with leafy greens, & intense training sessions for 5-6 times a week. I can finally see what I envisioned fitness-wise. Shoutout to my trainer Lester for pushing me to the next level. If I can do it so can you! You reap what you sow. From the moment you wake up you must be driven and motivated. Don't let the struggle of life beat you down. You have to fight a lot of bad days to earn your best days. So stay strong and treat everyday like a mission.
