Not sure about your evening, but I came home to a surprise pre-Valentine's Day dinner. Yup. That's right. Homemade goodness. The starter was roasted beet and goat cheese salad (shaped like a heart!) followed by filet mignon with a mushroom/red wine sauce accompanied by glazed baby carrots and haricots vert. All of this was topped off with a sugar-free (but delicious) chocolate and cheesecake parfait. Yup. Somebody loves me! #LuckiestGuyInTheWorld
